If it's related to profile cutting or design, not a lot; we don't really have a "too hard basket." We don't fabricate in house; we work with our local partners on those projects as they're some of our best customers!
Sure! With regards to an object, as long as it fits on our machine, then game on. With regards to material, some profile cutters prohibit this, but we're fine with it. However, we'll need to draw your material to be able to nest your parts to it, and there's some cost associated with that.
Generally speaking, our machines are cheap and our humans are not. We offer a trade pricing structure that rewards high-volume customers. We also have a priority pricing structure that allows you to reduce the lead time of your parts (all the way down to under an hour!) on a sliding scale with accordingly-higher price.
